Finding What You Want in a Home
Now for the fun stuff: We have already determined the price range in which you will be looking from the pre-approval section, so now we need to know what general features you want before we can start looking: Ask yourself this question and write down your answers:- What are the characteristics of my ideal home in terms of layout, amenities, and location, and what am I wanting to accomplish by buying my next home?
If you are having trouble getting ideas for what you want, other great resources are open houses, driving around in areas in which you are interested, and most importantly, let me know what you think about the houses that you see so I can help you. I have been in houses in nearly every neighborhood, and am familiar with the different areas and school districts. I'm here to help save you time, energy, and frustration!
