How We Keep Food Poisoning Out of Our Summer Fun!

It's Grilling Season, and NO ONE has time for food poisoning!

Here are some tips to keep your summer grilling safe.

- Wipe down any prep surfaces, and wipe down the grill before heating it.

- Keep raw meat, poultry, seafood, etc. in separate containers.  Make sure to use clean trays for cooked foods.

- Grill any meats until their internal temperature is high enough to be safe, we've got a table below to reference.

- Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers as quickly as possible - bacteria spread much faster in cooked foods left at room temperature too long.
